When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and location. When you list items for trade, we store your listing details including photos, descriptions, and ECV pricing.

When you take part in a trade that ships, we collect the postal address and phone number needed to produce a shipping label. Each trade keeps its own copy of the address used for that shipment, so the record of where a package was sent stays accurate even if you later change your address. Your address is shared with the carrier to create the label and is never shown to the other member.

We also collect usage data such as pages visited, features used, and trade activity to improve the platform experience.

Your information is used to:

• Operate and maintain your account
• Facilitate trades between users
• Send transaction notifications and trade updates
• Protect against fraud and unauthorized activity
• Improve platform features and user experience

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Your profile information (name, location, trade history) is visible to other users on the platform to facilitate trust and trading.

We may share information with service providers who help us operate the platform (hosting, email delivery, and shipping carriers) under strict confidentiality agreements. MyStuff4YourStuff does not process payments — trades settle in ECV, which has no cash value.

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and secure escrow handling for ECV transactions. However, no method of electronic transmission is 100% secure.

You can access, update, or delete your account information through the Settings page at any time. If you wish to delete your account entirely, contact our support team and we will process your request within 30 days.

We use essential cookies to maintain your login session and remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
