Terms of Service

By creating an account or using MyStuff4YourStuff, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and 216 Enterprises & Development LLC.

MyStuff4YourStuff is a trust-mediated exchange platform where users trade items using Exchange Credit Values (ECV). We facilitate connections between traders but are not a party to any trade. We provide the escrow system, communication tools, and dispute framework — the trade itself is between users.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One person may only maintain one account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

ECV is the internal credit system used to facilitate trades. ECV has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for currency. New users receive a welcome bonus of 500 ECV. ECV balances are non-transferable outside of platform trades.

ECV held in escrow during active trades is released upon successful trade completion or returned if a trade is cancelled.

All items listed must be legal to own and trade in your jurisdiction. Prohibited items include but are not limited to: weapons, controlled substances, stolen property, counterfeit goods, and hazardous materials.

Listings must accurately describe the item's condition. Misrepresentation may result in trade reversal and account suspension.

When a trade is accepted, the agreed ECV amount is placed in escrow. Both parties must ship their items within 7 days (a reminder is sent at 3 days). Failure to ship within the deadline results in automatic trade cancellation.

Upon receiving an item, you have a 48-hour inspection window to confirm the item matches its listing description. After confirmation or expiry of the inspection window, escrow is released.

If an item does not match its listing description, you may open a dispute during the inspection window. Disputes are reviewed by our team, and resolution may include trade reversal, partial ECV adjustment, or other remedies at our discretion.

MyStuff4YourStuff provides the platform "as is." We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items traded. We do not guarantee that trades will be completed successfully. Our liability is limited to the ECV value involved in a disputed transaction.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through Settings or by contacting support. Active trades must be completed or cancelled before account deletion.

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved in the courts of Cuyahoga County, Ohio.
